Many times when in the weight room we forget that just because we can lift a lot of weight, doesn't mean its being done the right way. Putting up 300 lbs. on the squat rack is good, if you're not arching your back or resting the bar on your neck. Technique leads to growth and muscle build. You may see some who lift poorly and still gain muscle or mass, but these people have a harder time retaining or are more prone to injury. Stretching is the first step before any hard workout is preformed.
With the addition of Joe Gregory and his genius hour project, we should work more efficient together with corresponding goals. Joe hopes to teach you how to construct a workout regime and the proper way to get prepared to perform the lifts and exercises.
